For each, create 3 slides.
1) Company 1- Logo, when formed, some facts about the company and what they do.
2)Company 2- Logo, when formed, some facts about the company and what they do.
3) Both together, new name? new logo? - Also tell me about the transaction, and why each company wanted to do the merger...and what the acquisition does for the company.
